Fireservice provided excellent service for us when we had flooding in our home. They were very responsive, professional and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. We are part time residents and we were not here when occurred. They sent photos daily and worked very closely with our home watch person. We had a small water damage related accident in our home. Fire Service was there within about 15 minutes from the first phone call. They quickly walked us through the process, yet effectively. Their team immediately jumped into action and began to start drying our house out. We had several different team member in our house over several days. Each and every team member was polite, professional and had a fantastic attitude. We just had the best experience from Fireservice. We cannot recommend their team enough!

We were notified on the evening of October 1, 2025 of devastating water damage to our apartment. It involved complete removal of our kitchen cabinets, countertops, some drywall, and floor coverings. Once the repairs started we had a goal of hoping they would be done by January 1, 2026. The team of Andres Morales, Tonya Reynolds, Carlos Galeano and Carlos Vazquez (I’m sure there were more team members, but these individuals are the only ones we got to meet) were great to deal with. Andres and Tonya, were quick to answer any and all questions with constant updates and communications through the whole process. Both Carlos‘s were extremely talented in their respective skill sets to accomplish any request we wanted.The whole project was streamlined and very efficient. There was 3/4” of water in parts of our condo. Fire Service responded in 1/2 hour and immediately spent many hours extracting the water and starting the dry out. As of now they have completed the job and we couldn’t be happier. Their staff is extremely competent, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
