Emergency Response Program (ERP)
What is ERP?
Fireservice Disaster Kleenup has initiated an Emergency Response Program to more efficently provide for the needs of it's business customers. When you become enrolled in ERP, your Disaster Recovery Information is placed on file with us and you are given a Fireservice Customer ERP Number. In the event of a disaster at your facility, you can reach Fireservice at any of its 4 phone numbers and supply your ERP number. An ES crew will be dispatched immediately with the latest information available to start your recovery process.
